We take your privacy seriously — even if we don't take ourselves too seriously.
This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.
Ginto is created by Supermax, in France.
That means we follow the GDPR (European data protection rules).
If you ever have questions, complaints, or just wanna say hi, slide in there:
Ginto is meant for adults only.
The game might include mature jokes, bold challenges, or humor that's… well, not grandma-approved.
If you're not old enough to play adult-style games in your country, please don't use the app.
We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal age — if we find out we did, we'll delete it ASAP.
Our website has a Purity Test: 113 questions about parties, substances, dating, sex, your phone and trouble, and a results page that compares you with other people who took it. It is for people aged 16 and over.
When you finish the test, we store your answers, your score, your country, your age, your gender and, if you gave them, your star sign, school, college and major — so the averages and rankings you see are real. We do not store your name, your email, your IP address or anything that identifies you. Your browser keeps a random id so that retaking the test replaces your earlier answers instead of counting twice; it isn't linked to you in any other way.
The test asks for your age and is only offered from 16; nothing is stored for anyone younger.
If you'd like your answers deleted, write to [email protected] from any address and tell us roughly when you took the test and which school you entered; since we hold nothing that identifies you, that's how we find the row.
We don't want your life story — we just need enough info to keep Ginto running smoothly.
You'll see by using the app that there's no account creation or things like that.
Here's what we might collect:
When you use Ginto, we get some basic, anonymous data like:
If you go Premium (and it's worth it! Also thanks, by the way ❤️), your payment is processed by Apple or Google — we never see your credit card info.
We only get limited confirmation data like what item was bought and when.
We may use trusted third-party tools (like analytics) to detect bugs and crashes and to keep it 💯.
That might include anonymous info about how often you play or interact with certain screens — never personal stuff.
You can manage ad tracking in your device settings:
We use the little bit of info we collect to:
We don't sell your data, ever. Period.
Because we're in France, we follow GDPR rules. That means we need a legal reason ("basis") for collecting your data.
Ours are:
We store data on secure servers in the European Union (or other regions that meet EU privacy standards).
We use encryption and security tools to protect it from unauthorized access.
We only keep data as long as needed for the purposes listed above — then we delete or anonymize it.
We might share limited info with:
We don't sell or trade info. Ever.
Some of our partners might be outside the EU (like in the U.S.).
If they handle data, they must use EU-approved safeguards, like Standard Contractual Clauses, to keep your info safe.
If you live in the EU or EEA, you've got rights over your data:
You can contact us anytime at [email protected] to use these rights.
We might need to verify your identity before making changes.
Let's be real — Ginto's sense of humor can be crude, cheeky, or bold.
Some dares or jokes might make players uncomfortable, embarrassed, or mildly offended.
We don't target anyone personally or collect sensitive information about your reactions.
By playing, you understand that this kind of humor is part of the experience. If something makes you uncomfortable — skip it, laugh it off, or maybe roast the app back 🔥.
We might update this Privacy Policy occasionally — like when we add new features or tools. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date and notify you.
