A purity test for right now, made by the people behind the Ginto party game. 113 questions in six sections: parties, substances, dating, sex, your phone and trouble. Most are yes or no; some ask how often or how many, and the answer decides how much they count. You get a wild score from 0 to 100, then see how you compare with people your age, your gender, your star sign, your school and your country, Spotify-Wrapped style.

The Rice test is from the nineties: 100 yes-or-no questions, and the score counts what you haven't done. Ours asks about the life people actually live now, from dating apps and nudes to festivals and fake IDs, and some questions ask how many or how often, so a one-night stand doesn't count the same as twenty. The wild score counts what you have done, and it doesn't stop at a number: after every answer you see what share of people like you said the same, and at the end you get a full comparison by country, age, gender, sign and school, plus a card to share.

Every question is worth up to one point. A yes is a full point; on the questions that ask how many or how often, the answer decides the share of a point, so "once" counts less than "every weekend", and on the tick-all-that-apply ones each tick adds up to a full point. Your points out of 113 become a wild score from 0 to 100, which lands you in a tier, from Untouched (0 to 6) through Mostly innocent, Getting there, Been around and Wild child up to Absolute menace (81 to 100).

There's no good or bad, that's the point. Half of all scores land between 15 and 55, the average is around 36, and scores climb with age: the average at 25 is well above the average at 16. Until enough people have taken the test here, the averages are calibrated on published Rice Purity Test statistics. A low score just means you haven't got to it yet. The fun part is where you sit next to your friends, your school and your country.

Yes. No name, email, IP address or anything that identifies you is collected. To build the averages, your answers and score are stored anonymously along with the country, age, gender and, if you gave them, the star sign, school and major you entered. The test is for 16 and over. A shared link carries your score and country, nothing else. The privacy policy explains how to have your entry removed.
